Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Frontrow Digital! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we encourage you to contact us before continuing, so we can clarify or address your concerns.

1. Company information

These Terms and Conditions describe how we work with our clients and the principles that guide every project we take on. Frontrow Digital is a design and development studio based in Serbia, located at Fruškogorska 154B, Adaševci, Šid. We are registered under company number 67939611, and you can reach us any time at contact@frdigitalagency.com. These terms apply to all projects and services we provide, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Service Description

We specialize in creating custom and high quality digital experiences. Our work covers UI/UX design, visual identity and logo design, and web development. While we are not an SEO agency, our websites are delivered with a solid technical foundation that is optimized for performance, accessibility, and essential SEO. Any additional services outside these categories will be agreed upon in advance.

3. Project Scope and Revisions

Before starting any project, we define the scope, goals, and deliverables together. This process ensures that everyone has a clear understanding of what will be created and delivered. We offer unlimited small revisions, such as text updates, color changes, or replacing images, to keep your project aligned with your vision. Larger changes, like adding new pages, sections, or languages, fall outside the agreed scope and will be billed separately. That’s why we encourage finalizing all major decisions during early stages of structure, design, branding, wireframing and prototyping.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, features, and functionality found on the Frontrow Digital website are owned by Frontrow Digital, licensed and safeguarded by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property regulations.

5. Pricing

All projects are confirmed once payment is received. Payments can be made with invoicing via debit card, PayPal, or other agreed methods. If a payment is delayed, a late fee of 0.5% per day will apply to the overdue amount, and work may be paused until the balance is settled, ensuring fairness to both sides.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Support and Maintenance

We believe in long-term partnerships. After your website or design project goes live, you can reach out to us at any time for support. The first year of maintenance is included, covering technical updates, bug fixes, and small adjustments. Beyond the first year, maintenance is available at our current rates. Larger updates or new features will be treated as separate projects.

8. Portfolio and Promotion

Frontrow Digital often showcases completed projects in the portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer that your project not be displayed, please let us know in writing before completion. For sensitive or confidential work, we can sign a NDA to ensure privacy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Frontrow Digital approaches every project with care and a commitment to the highest standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for matters beyond our control, such as loss of revenue, changes in SEO rankings, or security issues caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We do provide a 30-day warranty to address any bugs or technical issues that are a direct result of our work.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disagreements are best addressed early and with openness. If any issue arises during our collaboration, we encourage direct communication to find a fair and practical solution. Where needed, mediation can be used as a constructive step toward resolution. Should the matter remain unresolved, it will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
